In late January you completed the roof, gutters & leaders, and vinyl siding on my mother's home. I personally inspected the work during the installation and upon final completion. I found all phases of the work completed in a very professional manner. You also met all conditions of our initial agreement in a timely manner. Your employees and the way they always maintained the work area in a safe and tidy condition especially impressed both my mother, who is 92, and my sister.

Yesterday, Sunday the third, we had over two inches of rain, heavy at times. I am more than happy to report I had no leaks! Not a drop! The gutter you installed since our last meeting did the trick. This letter is to thank you for your diligence and resolve in fixing this difficult problem. As you will certainly recall, we started with re-flashing the chimney and valley above the second floor gutter, which improved the situation in the ground floor sunroom 90%. The gutter certainly seems to have finished off the problem. I will happily call you for my future needs. And again, THANK YOU!

When we decided to undertake such a large renovation and repair project, we were a little worried that we had possibly taken on too much at one time, even though all the work was desperately needed. As you are aware, over the years we have had all our windows and storm doors replaced by Double R and were very satisfied with the service. After recently having our flat roof replaced twice in a period of 10 years by the original roofer, with the resulting water damage, we decided to give you a call. The workers not only had to remove the old roofs, but also had to build a sloping base for the new one. That job, along with the new seamless siding, gutters, chimney re-pointing, doors, deck and indoor ceiling repairs went extremely well. It was the little details that pulled it all together. All the workers were knowledgeable, hard working, reliable, and were able to coordinate their schedules so much of the work was going on simultaneously. We are very pleased with the quality of service your company provided and the easy accessibility of contacting you whenever we had any questions. Please feel free to show off our home to any prospective customers or use us as a reference.

A new skylight in Norwalk, CT

Lorrie came to Double R A Construction Corp. in September 2019 for a new roof. She chose the CertainTeed Landmark Roof in Colonial Slate color.
