Our professional roofers visited this Single-Family. 4 bedroom, 2.5 Bath home in Portchester, NY. After many years of rain & wind damage, this roof was in desperate need of a facelift. During the Free estimate, our experienced salesperson went over several roofing options. This included different shingle styles, including Asphalt and Metal roofing in several different colors.
Once the homeowner had some time to evaluate several different contractors, they decided to choose Double R A Construction. We installed a new roof using CertainTeed Asphalt North Gate Shingles in a Resawn Shake with Copper Valleys. As you can see in the photos, the roof compliments the ascetics of the home and adds value to the property.
