Roof Replacement Photo Album: Installation of CertainTeed Belmont Shingle Roof in Greenwich, CT

A homeowner in Greenwich, CT, contacted Double R A Construction to review an issue with their current roof. We sent our sales professional to conduct a Free Estimate and inspection.    We went into the attic to see if we could find the root of the issue. Upon inspection, we found evidence of water damage and the beginning of some wood rot. The good news, this was a newer problem and avoided a mold problem. If not treated soon, this would not be the case.    We recommended a complete roof replacement to correct the growing moisture issue. This is a very elegant shade of choice and, as you can see, looks great.
