LP Smart Siding Replacement in Yonkers, NY

Double R A Construction completed this home exterior renovation for a property owner on Yonkers, NY. The original siding was severely faded and was starting to warp & pull away from the home. When this occurs, the water-resistant barrier is separating, this can expose the sheeting and allow water to enter the home. This can start the wood rotting process and possibly turn in a mold issue quickly.

To address this need, we provide a hassle-free, no-cost inspection of the home. Out trained craftsman walked the homeowner through each option while explaining the advantages of using LP Smart Siding. The customer reviewed or proposal and went with our recommendation and choose the Tundra Grey. This style and color is one of the most popular we install. To say the least, the homeowner was pleased with the results!
