Croton-on -Hudson, NY - LP Smart Siding Replacement

A property owner in the desirable village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, reached out to Double R A Construction for a free estimate on their delightful three-bedroom Village Colonial. During our on-site inspection, our team quickly identified several areas in need of attention.

On the backside of the home, we discovered missing shingles, along with damaged fascia that was dented and torn in multiple sections. In addition, parts of the soffit were cracked and required repair.

After reviewing our findings, the homeowner decided to move forward with a complete siding replacement to rejuvenate the home’s exterior.
