Hi Maria - Sergio and the guys just left. Instead of taking the guard off, David asked Sergio to reattach a portion of it differently....put iT on top of the roof shingles and reattach the guard to the gutter (no holes in the roof!). David told Sergio he is now off the hook...if this doesn't work, David will figure something out.

Maria - you and your guys are incredible. I know I always say this, but it's true. There is no other company I have ever worked with that has the customer service, product, and follow-up that you do. It starts from the top, you, and flows down to your team.
