This two-story, multi-million-dollar residence in the prestigious community of Rye, NY, was in urgent need of exterior improvements. The existing clay tile roof had begun to fail, with tiles separating and chipping away, creating both safety concerns and increased risk of water intrusion. Due to the significant weight and sharp, broken edges of the deteriorating tiles, the roofing system had become a potential hazard to both the home and its occupants.

During a comprehensive inspection by the Double R A Construction team, the condition of the property’s exterior siding was also evaluated. It was determined that completing a full roof replacement first would provide the strongest foundation for subsequent siding upgrades. The homeowner agreed with this recommended course of action.
