A fresh new look for this home in Byram, CT, using CertainTeed Monogram 25' siding in Cypress color.  Working closely with our customer to preserve the architectural details for this early 1900's home, we were able to give her home a new and fresh look.  One that she is very happy with!

A three-story residential home in the heart of Greenwich, CT, required significant exterior renovations. This property had several issues that were finally being addressed. When the professionals from Double R A Construction arrived, they met with the homeowner to gain access to the roof. As we inspected the flat roof, we noticed a patchwork of previous repairs.

The sealant used was starting to crack, allowing water to seep under the membrane. It appeared that asphalt or coal tar was used during the original roof installation. Our expert sales team recommended upgrading to TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin), a material known for its reflectiveness and energy efficiency.

Another option would have been to repair the work done by previous contractors; however, the homeowner decided to replace the roofing instead. Once the roof installation was completed, we shifted our focus to replacing the existing siding. We recommended using LP Smart Siding, a well-known and trusted product that offers an excellent balance of beauty and performance. Completing this project not only satisfied another Greenwich homeowner but also helped us gain a future customer.

This project brought our team out to Stamford, where this beautiful home was long overdue for a face lift. We provided a detailed inspection and outlined a custom plan for this home, featuring select CertainTeed exterior products in the colors and styles the resident selected.
